Traditional method (second fermentation in bottle).
These cavas, aged for a minimum of 18 months, have a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. They follow the same preparation process until the moment of disgorging. On the nose, the fruity aromas also give way to aging notes. In the mouth, the white fruit, the light touch of toast and the delicate freshness brought by the perfect blend of traditional varieties that give the right oiliness in the mouth, with the bubbly creaminess typical of Miquel Pons cavas, appear.
