Pick-Up, Delivery & Shipping

Our store is open 12-6pm daily (closed Tuesday/Wednesday).  We have an on-line store open 24/7 with pickups available during store hours AND by appointment.

We are located in the blue house with green trim at 139 West Center Street, Victor, Idaho - about a 1000' east of the light on Highway 31.  

We reserve the right to limit the number of individual items per order when there is a shortage, and or we will be sold out.

Pick-up hours are during store hours.  However, if you need to pick-up outside that time, just let us know and we will try and accommodate - anytime sunrise to sunset!  You can use the "chat" feature on the website (which connects to our cell phone) or call the store direct at (208) 787-7695.

Daily local delivery is FREE within a 15 mile radius ($75 minimum order).  Charge is $25 for deliveries outside 15 mile radius, within Teton Valley Idaho; delivery charge is waived for orders over $150.  Delivery days subject to change depending on winter weather and road conditions.  We are happy to try and accommodate deliveries outside our normal scheduled times.  Phone number and/or email is required for all deliveries.  Order needs to be received 24 hours in advance.

Shipping is available, within the continental US, with choices for ground or priority with USPS, UPS or FedEx.  We offer a flat rate shipping & handling of $12.50 on orders that fit in a 12x12x12 box (or smaller) and are less than 10 lbs.  Orders over $175, and heavy orders (above 12x12x12 box size and/or weight) are $20.00 flat rate to make up for additional packing and freight costs.  We suggest signature required if you live in an area with porch pirates.

Due to our rural location, UPS & USPS do not process packages on the weekend.  Orders received after 10 AM on Friday may not be shipped until Monday.  Additionally, if you choose priority shipping, weather could delay your shipment.  If you provide your email address with your order, you will receive tracking information.  

 

Note - there are some products that are not available to ship either because they are too fragile, too bulky, too heavy, or temperature sensitive (ie potato chips, and chocolate in warmer months).  These items can ONLY be "pick-up" orders. 

If you have a local delivery order, you will need to create another order, but as a "pick-up".  We will make sure to combine with your regular local delivery order.  (The system recognizes ship and local delivery as shipping.  If said item is on a shipping order, the order will not process/ship until fragile/refrigerated item is removed.)
