Fifteen beautiful and healthy Jersey cows make up the team that produces Cache Meadow Creamery raw butter. Though there are dairy farms in the Teton Valley, no one produces butter anymore; just milk. We had to drive over 2 hours south to Preston, near the Utah boarder, to get our first order of butter. Because when we say our cookies are made with local ingredients, we mean it. This small family farm is everything you could want in a dairy, and we love supporting local farms. We think you can taste the difference, too.
