Collection: Gluten Free

We have put a gluten free tag on all items that have more than 1 ingredient.  Items like rice and salt do not have a GF tag, because they are inherently gluten free.

Our kitchen is not certified gluten free, but we take every set to ensure that gluten is not present in the working area when we make our cookies and other goods.  In fact, I am gluten intolerant so I understand; however, if you are a Celiac, I would recommend only buying packaged goods with the certified GF symbol.  If that information is not clear in the item description or label, please feel free to reach out to us directly and we will happily send you an image of the complete label and update our description.

If you are only gluten intolerant, you may find that we have some wheat products that are more easily digestible due to seed selection and farming practices.  Pasta Mancini, is an example.  Their estate grown pasta is truly unique.  In the "About Us", "Producers" section is a great description of their farm practices and links to their website.  I find that I can enjoy this pasta with little inflammation.  It's the best dried pasta I have ever had, and that is saying a lot.

Our gluten free pasta by Caponi is delicious.  Made primarily with corn flour, this pasta would fool even a regular eater.  You won't be disappointed.

We try to stock items that don't have gluten, if they don't need it like condiments.  We try and stock as many limited ingredient, wholesome products as possible, that we like to enjoy as well!  Hope you enjoy our selection.
