San Giacomo's Raw Rose Wine Vinegar is made with Lambrusco grapes with short skin contact.
This is old-fashioned wine vinegar - “the way they used to make it” - strong and vigorous made from local organic grapes. Slowly and naturally acetified, using the “static-surface” method, in 220 or 350 liter oak barrels for up to 9 months, versus just a few days for commercial vinegar.
Pure and fragrant, never diluted with water (no water added). High acidity, approximately 7.8%.
