One of our favorite items.  Absolutely delicious; slightly sweet (these are NOT your pitted canned olives you put on your fingers for fun) and incredibly flavorful.

These small black Leccina olives from De Carlo will remind you of a Nicoise or Taggiasca olive.  They are packed in De Carlo's "Classico" extra virgin olive oil which you can use too.  Since it's already pitted, you can use it, and the oil in salads or on pizza, whole or slivered.  A little goes a long way; I like to julienne the olives in eggs, salads, pasta and pizza.

A real culinary delicacy that, despite its simplicity, puts life into any food course.  Ideal for appetizers and baked main courses, it’s perfect for both meat and fish.  Having them in your pantry is a must because they are a quick and easy way to put character into salads and quickly prepare an appetizer, perhaps accompanied by a good prosecco.

Typical side-dishes of the Apulian table and an authentic expression of peasant tradition,  packaged within 24 hours of vegetable picking.

Grown organically.
