Dough scraper in birch and stainless steel. Indispensable in baking. Make it easy to scoop up dough and flour, shape and divide the dough and scrape dough from the work surface. After use, wash the scraper with detergent and lukewarm water, do not leave it soaked in the sink. Wipe dry with towel.
iris hantverk is a small company. The core of the business is the brush binding manufacturing at Sandsborgsvägen, Enskede – here 6 visually impaired craftsmen from different cultures make brushes according to an old Swedish tradition. They also work with visually impaired craftsmen in Estonia. Both have a history strongly connected to the visual impairments movement.
Their vision is to revive the traditional brush binding profession. By making functional products with good design combined with the quality of natural materials and the craftsmen's solid technique.
