I fell in love with these Sun-Kissed tomatoes on my first bite. These are from the De Carlo gardens, amongst their olive groves, literally. They are not hard and chewy like most sundried tomatoes. These are soft, supple and flavorful. They're cut in half, but you could easily cut or slice them further to dot a pizza or salad. Plus, you can use the extra oil in the jar.
Born to delight even the most demanding palates, the "Sun Kissed" line is the result of sun-drying the best quality of cherry tomato. This product is really versatile in the kitchen, as it lends itself to innumerable combinations. It's perfect on pizzas, focaccia, pasta and fish dishes and is ideal as an aperitif, especially when accompanied with burrata, another typical product of the South.

Recipe suggestion - one small tin of Acquerello rice (cooked like pasta), strained and combined with one small jar of these sun-kissed tomatoes! Makes for a refreshing cold summer rice salad.
