Delicious on toasted bread or polenta, on pasta and for enriching main dishes. Savini's Porcini Mushroom & Truffle Puree has a lot of flavor packed in this little jar! One small jar is enough for a 1 lb of pasta, and I would even suggest adding some cream or stock to add more body and soften the flavor...creating more sauce for everyone!
Best to store at room temperature in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once open, it must be kept in the fridge at 0 to +4 °C and used up within a few days.
