The product has natural oil separation because there are no emulsifiers or gums. We recommend emptying the entire container in a mixer with a paddle, and mix at low speed, until completely incorporated. Then pour back into the jar. Do not refrigerate.
Hazelnut Ice Cream Recipe - soften 1 pint of vanilla ice cream or gelato, and mix with 1/2 jar with paddle in mixer. Return to ice cream container and freeze.
