3:2:1 classic ratio but what makes these shortbread cookies especially delicious are the ingredients: organically grown flour from Hillside Grain, raw Jersey milk butter from Cache Meadow Creamery and organic sugar. We add a pinch of Redmond Real salt to bring out all the flavors, too.
These cookies are rich and decadent, so they are a little smaller than our other cookies. They measure 2" wide by 1/2" high.
