We believe in making the best cookies and brittle as possible, using as many truly local ingredients as possible.  In fact, we call them our "terroir" cookies, because they are of the land.  These cookies are free of over-manufactured ingredients and free of soy.  Some are gluten free and dairy free, too.  All are made in small batches, with love.  They are perfectly sized, too.  Not too big so you feel guilty, but just the right size for a snack or two.

Our cookies are made without preservatives, so they are best enjoyed within a few days.  If you are shipping cookies, you should consider priority mail.  Yes, they do cost a little more, but not much...pretty much what you would pay at a farmer's market.  Our cookies are all baked to order.

Made with local organic flour from Hillside Grain a regenerative farm in Bellevue, Idaho (just outside Sun Valley), local raw pasture-raised Jersey milk butter from Cache Meadow Creamery in Preston (at the Utah boarder), and local pasture raised eggs from my niece's farm, Late Bloomer Ranch in Driggs (the next town over).  We use as many organic ingredients as possible.  In short, the best ingredients.  Period.

Gluten free cookies are made with Maskal Teff out of Boise or Cup4Cup Ancient Grain GF all purpose flour from Thomas Keller.  Dairy free cookies are made with organic coconut oil.

Chocolate used is either Cluizel from Normandy, France or Friis Holm from Copenhagen, Denmark.  Cluizel is 4th generation chocolate company that has been bean-to-bar and fair trade for over 20 years.  Their chocolate is sublime.  Chocolate is made with cane sugar, vanilla bean (not vanilla extract or flavoring) and contains NO soy.  Friis Holm is extraordinary and considered one of the top 3 chocolate makers in the WORLD!  Friis Holm's chocolates are organic and do not contain vanilla.
Vanilla is by Nielsen Massey and salt is from Redmond Real in Utah.
