
Sauce made respecting the traditional recipe: without tomato. The base is the piquillo peppers with the grace of “alegrías riojanas” (hot pepper from the Ebro Valley) and cayenne. It is surprising that despite its great taste it only contains 5.9% fat.

Ingredients: piquillo peppers (37%), onion, olive oil, hot peppers (alegrias riojanas), sundried choicero pepper, sherry vinegar, rice, fish broth (water and sea eel), sugar, salt, paprika, Sherry wine, brandy, and spices.
