TartufLanghe anchovy and truffle butter is a classic Piedmontese aperitif enriched with truffle, in a tube, with Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). It's creamy and versatile. Try it on both hot and cold dishes: on eggs, pasta, risotto and meat fillet.
