Nettle Meadow’s most economical triple crème.  Sugar Loaf is infused with Jersey cow cream to create a decadent texture for everyday indulgence.  Their historical stone cellar produces an herbaceous, mushroom flavor that compliments the buttery cream line of this lavish, bloomy rind cheese.

This cheese was named after a small mountain located in the town of Thurman, NY- where their animal sanctuary resides.  Similar to the mountain, our Sugar Loaf cheese is a simple, “in & out route” that takes you along switchbacks of different flavor notes. 

Pair with a floral champagne, bold cabernet sauvignon, or a hoppy IPA accompanied by red pepper jelly, spicy chorizo, peaches or pears.
