Friis Holm's Chuno Triple Turned 70% is a mixed hybrid (roughly 25% criollo, 50% amelonado, and 25% other).
It releases the flavor very quick and has a very balanced sourness. A great beginners chocolate if you don't know where to start. Chuno Triple Turned 70% is in the same family as Chuno Double Turned 70%.
