Each of the Filippi Artisan Panettoni is prepared according to tradition. It takes three days to make a panettone made to perfection, but not only: the laboratory staff must take into account climate change, which cause variations in humidity and temperature in the product, and intervene to recreate the ideal environment for our leavened. Manual work is essential to be able to churn out delicious Christmas cakes.
