Locally made Winter Winds Farm's cheeses are all farmstead cheese - made with milk from their own goats, on their farm. Everything is made by hand, in small batches.
This is a sharp and nutty cheese with a washed-rind, aged at least 6 months. Great as a snack or grated and used like parmesan. Great on pizza and pasta! Pairs well with Nebbiola red wine from Italy, and other lighter reds.
