Winter Winds Farm's cheeses are all farmstead cheese - made with milk from their own goats, on their farm. Everything is made by hand, in small batches. This cheese is perfectly soft, fresh, and spreadable, with a hint of rose and pepper! Pairs well with minerally whites and Rosé wines.
