They had many requests for a gluten-free crust and after some experimenting, they came up with this one. It is as close to their regular pie dough as they are going to get, and has their chai spiced apple  filling. Â
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: Apples, gluten free flour, sugar, butter, shortening, vanilla extract, tapioca flour, Apple cider vinegar, lemon, egg
