My first bite, I ate the whole can.  This fish is flavorful, firm, yet delicate.  And, darn right delish!!!  Pack for a picnic and eat over a salad.  Warm slightly and enjoy on crostini.  Either way you will be satisfied.  And, it's a great value!  You will want to keep this on hand as a pantry staple.
