The minimal addition of sugar allows the natural fruit flavors to fully express themselves, creating a symphony of tastes that delights the palate. The tiny raspberry seeds add a delicate texture to the jam, awakening every bite.
Their jams, made in a charming pink workshop near Nantes, are produced by cooking whole or quartered fruit in sugar (organic and fair-trade brown cane sugar for all Muroise et Compagnie organic artisanal jams). The most beautiful, perfectly ripe fruit yields the most exquisite jams.
