This fun, one-on-one class here at Food Shed Idaho will teach you a few tricks to master risotto! We love teaching risotto because we carry the best risotto rice in the world, Acquerello! Additionally, we have professional experience in cooking risotto to order (from dry rice); most restaurants par cook it and finish it to order.
Class includes all supplies, book, and 4 portions to take home for dinner that night. Cost is for one person, additional person is $50.00 (only 1 book per class); maximum 2 person class.
Availability: Saturday mornings 9 am (sharp) - 10:15 am. We will start you off with an espresso and get right into business. It's fun and less intimidating than you think. Plus, we will teach you a few knife skills, too.

*Limited substitutions on menu are allowed, including vegetarian and dairy free (risotto is naturally gluten free).
Date for risotto class can be discussed in advance, or after purchase. Class day may be flexible but the time of 9-10:15 am is not. Arrive for class 5 minutes before as class starts at 9 am sharp.
