Friis Holm calls their La Dalia chocolates 'The Lazy Cocoa Growers Blend', because it is a mix of different sorts cacao beans. When they asked the farmers to sort the beans into the different sorts, they said no! So as a friendly banter, we thought that was a bit lazy! But luckily enough, we now get to enjoy this fantastic chocolate with a mix many different sorts. Single origin Nicaragua.
La Dalia 100 % is in the same series as La Dalia 60 %, La Dalia 70 % and La Dalia 85 %. The La Dalia 100 % is a very acidic chocolate, with a mineral character.
