Truffle Hunter Gatherer Sauce (Italy) - Jar

Savini's Truffle Gatherer Sauce - aka Salsa - is one of their post popular condiments.  Made with mostly of mushrooms and truffles; it's dairy free, yet very flavorful.  It's slightly chunky, offering nice pieces of truffle and mushrooms.

Use in cooking appetizers as well as main dishes - especially pasta!

Ingredients:  champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), olives, olive oil, water, Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3%, anchovies, capers, flavorings, sunflower oil, herbs, salt, yeast extract, spice, natural flavorings. Mushroom content: 90 g for 100 g of product.
