Piedaho's Maple Blueberry Pie reminds us of long Sunday brunches, drinking coffee and eating lots of blueberry pancakes! They mix real maple syrup with tart blueberries and a hint of vanilla bean paste to recreate one of our favorite breakfasts!
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: blueberries, flour, butter, sugar, maple syrup, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, vanilla bean paste, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
Pie is fully baked, unique and frozen, and comes with instructions for thawing and serving.
