Collection: Piedaho Pies
Due to an accident with trucking company, pies that were supposed to arrive August 10th, were damaged in transit. We hope to have pies back in stock by the end of August. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Food Shed Idaho is proud to carry Rebecca Bloom's gorgeous and delicious Piedaho Pies! Winner of Food & Wine Magazine's best pies in Idaho 2021 and selected as one of Oprah's 2019 Favorite Things! We receive pies about every 3 weeks, flavors change based on what is in season.

There is almost 2 pounds of fresh fruit per pie!

All pies are fully baked, unique and frozen. On the day you want to serve it, remove from the freezer at least 6 hours prior. Remove from clamshell and Cryovac. Place on a counter, ideally on a rack. Voila! To serve hot, reheat pie in 300F oven for 20 minutes.
