Collection: Piedaho Pies

Food Shed Idaho is proud to carry Rebecca Bloom's gorgeous and delicious Piedaho Pies!  Winner of Food & Wine Magazine's best pies in Idaho 2021 and selected as one of Oprah's 2019 Favorite Things!  We receive pies about every 3 weeks, flavors change based on what is in season.

There is almost 2 pounds of fresh fruit per regular sized pie!

All pies are fully baked, unique and frozen.  On the day you want to serve it, remove from the freezer at least 6 hours prior.  (That is better than thawing it in the refrigerator the day before as the crust can become less flakey, or soggy).  Remove from clamshell and Cryovac.  Place on a counter, ideally on a rack.  Voila!  To serve hot, reheat pie in 300F oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
