Made from organic Trentino apples, this unique vinegar is fragrant and delicate.   Slowly fermented and acetified, using the “static-surface” method, in cherry tree barrels, this vinegar takes 9 months to naturally acidify (commodity vinegar takes just a few days).  Never diluted with water (no water added).  Acidity 8.3%.
