Tinned scallop are NOT created equal. These are amazing! They're plump and tender natural scallops from the Rais Baixas in Galicia are absolutely delicious. Not sandy.
Prepared by hand and packed individually in a wonderful olive oil along with chili and garlic. You'll want some crusty French to sop up the sauce. Best enjoyed on their own, but if you're going to spruce them up, perhaps add them to a tasty seafood pasta.
