Small, tender, and beautifully placed sardines topped off with olive oil. Simple, classic, and incredibly delicious.
Ar de Arte selects the best fish and carefully washes them with sea water before roasting it whole on the grill, separating all the pieces so that their skin does break. Later, the heads and tails are cut off and each sardine is packed by hand, and topped off with olive oil.
