These "extra" Manzanilla variety olives from Espinaler are stuffed with anchovy paste! They're terrific fried and served with cocktails, on their own as an appetizer and incorporated into salads. But especially indispensable when it comes to vermouth.
Ingredients: green olives, anchovy paste (6%) (water, anchovy and sodium alginate added as a texturizer), salt, msg and sodium ribonucleotides added as a flavor enhancer, citric acid added as an acidulant, and ascorbic acid added as a preservative. Contains fish.
