Fettucine is long and flat, a little different from Linguine, which is long and oval. The pasta is toothsome and flavorful. This is the best Italian pasta you will ever eat. Mancini pasta is produced from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company, which is very uncommon. Semolina and water are the only ingredients.Â
Mancini uses circular bronze die plates and we dry Fettucce at temperatures between min. 43°C and max 55°C, taking 23 hours.
Fettucce has a diameter of 6 mm, thickness of about 1.5 mm and a length of 260 mm (about 10.25"). Cooking time is between 6-8 minutes. Â
