Delicious small clams from the Ria de Noia, in the heart of the Galicia estuaries. Caught with artisanal and sustainable fishing gear and packed individually by hand.
Enjoy as an accompaniment to white bean salad (with red peppers and spring onions!). Pairs well with vermouth, olives, and cornichons...and PASTA! Tinned clams are so versatile. You can serve tinned clams straight from the tin alongside picos or toasted bread, or mixed into a Spanish rice.
