Calabrian Renowned for its flavorful red hot cherry peppers, Calabria is a wild, mountainous terrain located in the "toe" of the boot of Italy. These small cherry peppers impart not only heat, but also have a fruity flavor. Use over fish, meat, pasta, rice, vegetables, or anywhere you want some piccante flavor.
