This Blackberry Citrus Pie is bright, sunny and full of flavor! Piedaho loves blackberries for their complex flavor of sweetness with a subtle edge of tang, and when paired with a pop of citrus, they are delicious. The berries get tossed with orange, lime, and lemon zest and some orange juice creating a pie that sings.
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: Blackberries, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, vanilla extract, orange zest, lime zest, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice, egg.
Pie is fully baked, unique and frozen, and comes with instructions for thawing and serving.
