This is one of my favorite De Carlo products. Grown organically, this Black Olive Spread is smooth, creamy and slightly sweet.
It's a typical side-dish of the Apulian table and an authentic expression of peasant tradition. Packaged within 24 hours of vegetable picking. Created to add that finishing touch to appetizers, pasta, pizza and more.
Ingredients: olives (92%), De Carlo extra virgin olive oil (5%), salt, citric acid (acidity regulator).
