Individually foil wrapped. Made with fresh chestnuts without any sulphur dioxide. The candying syrup is flavored with natural vanilla. They are harvested, selected, and packed by hand.
Only the best chestnuts in syrup become candied chestnuts. According to the pastry tradition, we dry them into the oven on racks, and we cover them with a special icing sugar. Thanks to a particular packaging, tray-sealed in a protective atmosphere, we maintain unchanged the tastes and the natural softness of the chestnuts just glazed.
