What makes Michel Cluizel's dark coffee chocolate so special is that the pure roasted Arabica coffee beans are ground with the cocoa beans in perfect harmony...the coffee is not a flavoring or extract. Subtle yet curious, intense fruity coffee and toasted notes. Terrific in cookies and mousses.
Perfect size for cookies, slightly smaller than traditional chips found in the supermarket. However, this is NOT commodity chocolate, this is the real deal. Technically Cluizel calls this shape "mini grammes" but you can call them chips.
