Saba Vinegar Organic (Italy) - Bottle

San Giacomo only uses local grape must for organic farming (lambrusco, ancellotta, gentle malbo, salami, marani) cooked over direct heat and reduced by evaporation up to 25-30% of the initial volume.

Saba is a sweet syrup ideal for ice cream, panna cotta, yogurt, pork and, as in the past, with polenta, on the snow or diluted in fresh water as a queer tonic.  Cooked though not aged balsamic.

Ingredients:  100% grape must.  Acidity approximately 1%.
