
This pumpkin and curry cream (yellow pesto) is delicious and versatile. Great in pasta, on toasted bread, and as a base in chicken or fish dishes, not to mention in vegetable soups.

Quick easy recipe: 1 lb chicken (boneless or bone-in) in large sauté pan with full jar of yellow pesto AND 1 jar of water. Cook covered over medium heat until done, maybe 15 minutes. You will have some very flavorful chicken and a sauce to go over your rice or potato.
Ingredients: pumpkin, sunflower oil, cashews, red peppers, carrots, olive oil, herbs and spices (contain mustard), sea salt, potatoes, lemon juice, black pepper.
