Champagne (Reims) White Wine Vinegar (France) - Bottle

This white wine vinegar from A L'Olivier is clean, crisp and authentically French.  Made with the same grapes used to produce Champagne!  Sophisticated, with a light, delicate and mellow flavor.  This is a great everyday vinegar. 

Use with extra virgin olive oil to brighten salads or dress vegetables or whenever you want a mellow acidity.  Acidity 6%.
