This traditional sparkling lambrusco is a full-bodied and very soft wine, with a great pulp.  The color is a deep impenetrable ruby red.  The aroma is fruity, lively, with hints of wild berries.  It's dry, with moderate tannins. and slightly acidic.
It pairs well with cold cuts as well as with roasted meats, especially with pork and steak.
