This cookie was inspired from the Classic Quaker Oats recipe, but with a few fun, local, twists! We call it "The Idahoan" because it has so many ingredients grown in Idaho...especially the huckleberries!
In testing out variations of our new signature cookie, we were surprised on how much a delicious difference the huckleberries made. These chewy cookies are really satisfying!
This cookie is low FODMAP and is DF and GF!
Ingredients: organic oats, frozen huckleberries (local), Miyoko's organic vegan butter ((organic coconut oil, organic cultured cashew milk (filtered water, organic cashews, cultures), filtered water, organic sunflower oil, organic sunflower lecithin, sea salt)), brown sugar (organic), Maskal teff flour (local), sugar (organic), Late Bloomer Ranch pasture eggs (local), water, Nielsen-Massey organic vanilla extract, Redmond Real Salt (local), baking soda.
