
Preserved Lemons are an essential Moroccan ingredient using small Beldi lemons, salt and time to give a bright citrus, complex umami flavor to a variety of dishes.
Fantastic with roasted chicken and couscous. While the outer skin works well thinly sliced or diced for braises and tagines, the inner flesh works well smashed into dressings, vinaigrette and marinades. This is an umami bomb!
