Located in Smoot, WY, just outside Jackson is Squire Farms. They are a proud mix between an old school traditional French farm and a traditional Homestead. Living there dream between the mountains and the farm.
Though popular in France, this breed of beef cattle is not common in the US. It's a cross of Blonde des Pyrénées, the Blonde de Quercy, and Garonnaise.
