This special cake is made with 100% extra virgin olive oil and candied lemon.

Strucà is a no-butter, dairy-free cake, made with extra-virgin olive oil and produced all year round.  It is light and airy, with the delicate honey-vanilla flavor of panettone.  It's topped with icing and Bari almonds.

Pasticceria Filippi has its beginnings in 1972 in Zané, in the province of Vicenza, when Maria and Giuliano began baking authentic cakes and pastries using only the best ingredients they could find. Today, together with their sons Andrea and Lorenzo, the family continues to operate with their philosophy that everything that is made well, with care and passion, requires time. Ingredients: Wheat flour, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose syrup, sugar), free-range fresh egg yolk, extra virgin olive oil, water, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), milled candied orange peels (orange peels, glucose syrup, sugar), Italian honey, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, vanilla pods, icing (sugar, egg white, almonds, almond flour, olive oil, rice flour, corn flour, rice starch).
