This extra-special hard cider is an ode to Nan, the legendary apple queen of Lander, Wyoming. All the apples are harvested from the Historic Ed Young Orchard planted in Red Canyon in the 1880’s. The surviving trees are over 130 years old and produce some of the finest ciders we have ever tasted.
The orchard is made up of many rare and unnamed apple varieties, and the mineral rich soils of Red Canyon give the apples grown there an unparalleled personality and flavor. Wild fermented, with no residual sugars or added sulphites.
