Ventureta Roldós manufactured it in 1952, created a mixture of wine vinegar, paprika, black pepper and a mixture of spices that still remains secret today, a unique, exclusive and familiar formula. A simple vinaigrette recipe but with an addictive point that, watered on a can of cockles or razors, turned the pecking into something unique.
