We are loving the combination of ginger and fruit and this pear pie does not disappoint. The sweet and juicy pear mixed with just enough spice to warm your belly is an intoxicating combination. Sweet, fragrant and dying for a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a fork!
Pie comes in a 10 inch tin and serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: Pears, flour, butter, sugar, vegetable shortening, tapioca starch, egg, ginger, apple cider vinegar, salt, lemon juice
Pie is fully baked, unique and frozen, and comes with instructions for thawing and serving.
