Sabadi's "Rajah" has an extraordinary aroma of Nacional Fino de Aroma cocoa from Ecuador, in pleasant contrast with the spicy and balsamic notes of Sarawak white pepper.
Sabadi's Modica chocolate line is traditionally made according to the age-old cold working process. Throughout the process the temperature never exceeds 45 degrees C/113F. Because of this, all the cocoa’s unique and aromatic notes and the ingredients’ beneficial properties are fully preserved. The unique coarse texture is even more unique and a reminder to how chocolate was once made.
The raw materials used are organic certified and come from fair trade producers and Slow Food presidia with respect for small indigenous communities, the environment and biodiversity.
